Edwards is an expert in workforce and organizational development, and corporate learning. She combines her knowledge of business management and adult learning theory, and curates the many learning resources available to organize targeted, cost-effective training and development approaches. As a training manager in corporate America, Edwards designed and taught dozens of classes and workshops, and created performance improvement initiatives that measurably improved the organization's bottom line.
After earning her bachelor's degree at Eastern Oregon University, Edwards became one of the first in the United States to become a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance through the American Society for Training and Development.
